Interview with Afikra

I had the privilege of being interviewed by Mikey Muhana of Afikra Conversations. It was a great interview that I really enjoyed because it was virtual (Accessible) and it was light and engaging. I love interviews where I get to blend some academic conversation with light and casual conversation. Still feels surreal for the book to be getting such positive feedback.

Head Above Water Book Launch (UK)

Head Above Water’s UK edition was launched May 30th, 2022, and it was a wonderful turnout. I was so happy and elated. It was truly a beautiful moment — although it was a virtual launch — it was amazing. I actually prefer virtual events due to their accessibility and ease. I didn’t have to travel to the UK which was a relief! Here’s the link to the launch event:
